I'm doing my part to take action against Climate Change and for a more sustainable future, but I need YOUR HELP!
It is very clear that there are a host of issues affecting the health of our planet and economy. Who can forget the historic heat waves in the Pacific Northwest last summer or massive wild fire season that ran through last December? And did you know that Antarctica and the Arctic suffered heat waves in the past month, reaching an astounding 70 and 50 degrees Fahrenheit above normal? Right now, it is more important than ever to work toward a sustainable and green future.
A great way that you can help do something meaningful, substantial, and concrete is to support my 12th year of fundraising for my Climate Ride. After going through shoulder replacement surgery earlier this year, I'm taking it easy and backing down from my 1,200 mile ride in 2021 and "only" riding 1,000 miles, with a six day ride covering a good part of New England. Your generous donation will help the Sierra Club work to turn the tide, enjoy the outdoors, and secure our energy future.
Seeing this is my 12th Climate Ride, I've set a goal to raise $12,000. You can make a secure online donation today by clicking on the 'Support Me' button. You'll automatically receive an acknowledgment and I will be notified by email of your support. And this year a generous supporter is matching all Climate Ride donations, so your impact will be doubled!
Thank you for your help!
